Trackfab Apache v2.1 (0.37.x)

A lightweight buggy ready for desert racing.

Based on the lightweight 4-cylinder buggies commonly used in desert racing, the Trackfab Apache is a lightweight rear-wheel drive buggy powered by a 2-liter engine borrowed from the Pessima.

Even with just under 200 hp as standard, the weight of less than 1,000 kg combined with a more than 20-inch suspension travel makes it quite fast in the open desert. For those who want more power, the interior of a touring car and nitrous oxide can bring the power to an unacceptable level.

Mods are needed for the mod to work:
- Trackfab Offroad Wheels;
- Racetec Universal Racing Parts.

In version 2.1:
- Replacement of the two-liter Pessima engine with the entire range of Ibishu engines for Covet and BX. Includes 1.5-liter DOHC/SOHC engine, 1.8-liter SOHC engine, 2.0-liter DOHC engine and 2.4-liter DOHC engine.
- Engine variants with dual-lever suspension now use a 2.4-liter engine with similar power but more torque.
- Liquid-cooled and girder suspension variants now use a 1.8-liter SOHC engine, which is close to the power of an air-cooled engine. A slight reduction in the front unsprung mass on the two-lever suspension.
- Reducing the weight of the front part of the chassis by almost 80 kg and adjusting the suspension settings accordingly.
- Some improvements and fixes have been made to many skins.
- All information files have been updated, including rebalancing values and adding ranges of release years.
- Fixed a few minor issues with the longitudinal arm grids.
- Added brake glow and updated thermal sensors (mainly a slight decrease in cooling).
- The front brakes are integrated into one piece using components. It also fixed problems with the positioning of the brake grids on the girder suspension.
- Fixed the lack of amber light on some variants, and now the glow map and glare lights use the same function.
- Restored miniatures with consistent positions.
- The left and right suspension grids are separated to correct some of the oddities of the deformation.
- Added some collision nodes to the tailplane to reduce the chance of it getting stuck.
- Modified tail panels to use components, which reduces the number of options that can lead to jamming.
