Ramp control:
Alt + I = Extend the ramps
Alt + K = Remove ramps

In version 0.62:
- Fixed headlight textures
- Fixed diesel v8 bugs
- Fixed a collapsing mixer
- Added population information so that the truck is displayed in career mode
