Mod Hirochi Start v 3.1.1 for BeamNG.drive

Using the Sunburst model as a base, the Hirochi Start was born to be one of the cheapest cars in individual markets

Compared to any other Sunburst model, Start has:

- black plastic front and rear bumpers, side skirts and mirrors.
- main steel discs

5 speed manual transmission
Rear drum brakes
No side repeaters
No fog lights
No airbag
No radio (plastic cover instead)
Simple halogen yellow headlights only
Rear plain taillights (without chrome parts)
There are no chrome or two-tone details in the interior
Standard steering wheel and seats (plain, without micro-holes on them)
Special dashboard, all orange (lighting is on).
Custom panel for diesel.

Added Indian 1.5 RHD config
The airbag config has been added (only 1.5 configs with the driver's side airbag installed)
I have set up some special descriptions of configs
Fixed incorrect wheels in the Super Start config
By default, a very slow engine was added to the Super Start configuration (0-100 takes 43 seconds!)
Reduced the weight of Super Start by 42 kg

Version 3.1.1:

- Fixed engine 1.5;
- Fixed RPM issues for some engines;
- Other improvements/fixes.
