Update/redesign of the ETK W series, adapted to the latest standards

What's new:
- PBR textures and materials (most of them, I couldn't make the interior)
- Opening doors
- Halogen lighting
- Luggage boxes and roof rack
- Every configuration has been redesigned (now any paint is supported and a license plate is generated!!)
- Using a paint library and some custom colors
- Police flashing light and siren
- Cute little fog lights for the front bumper from a third-party manufacturer
- Fixed tire sizes on the discs
- Added intake system, intake manifold and oil pan damage for each engine
- The fuel tank has been moved to the rear of the rear seat
- The sound signal has been replaced by the signal from the I-series
- The rear and windshield are separated
- Added missing TTSport icons and an unused TTSport device in the files
- Added a 4-speed gearshift knob and animated JBeam gearshift levers
- Dynamic mirrors
- The warning indicators on the dashboard are set up
- Some "history" Settings have been set up
- Adjusted prices for career mode (engines are still cheaper than in other cars, for example)
