The Blackpool Superlite is a very lightweight British roadster based on an almost 70—year-old design.
Features:
- 2-liter Ibishu engine as main engine, plus 1300 cc engine and Gavril V8 as options
- It weighs about 600 kg for most variants, making it one of the lightest road vehicles in the BeamNG and gives almost all variants a power-to-weight ratio comparable to much more powerful vehicles.
- Suspension setup with optional Dedion beam or double-lever rear suspension, as well as a choice of coilovers for various applications.
- Customizable interior with multiple sensor options, switches, seats and colors.
- Suitable for a career, with a trunk large enough for one medium-sized cargo crate.
- Selection of standard wheels.
Attention! The car requires the Racetec Universal Racing Parts mod for steering wheels and sensors on racing versions.
In version 3.01:
- Updated headlights to better match the current original cars.
- Added smooth headlights.
- Updated glass materials to better match the original cars, including invisible interior glass.
- The windshield can now be broken.
- Fixed missing triangular elements on the standard BX exhaust system.
- Updated values for a number of details.

- Fixed some issues with the central mirror mounted on the safety frame.
- Added the nodal beam structure for the side mirrors.
- Added imperial speedometers.
- Fixed some strange problems with the deformation of the front pillars.
- The tuning intervals have been changed to make them more consistent and match the original cars.
- The steering geometry has been changed: now a regular Ackermann is used instead of a reverse Ackermann.
- Camber-convergence has been added for most variants and the standard rear stabilizer bar has become slightly softer so that road variants are slightly less prone to oversteer.
- The 1300 cc engine has become louder.
- Minor changes have been made to the dynamic texture to hopefully make it work better.
- The driver's seat has been changed. |
