Is graphon low at 0.39? A mod for TAA (Temporary Anti Aliasing) has been released.
Installation: Just mods it, and that's it! TAA will work as long as the mod is active in the mod manager.
In version 1.5:
All the mechanisms for eliminating "ghosting" have been completely redesigned.
- The history clipping mechanism is now based on statistical data: the system saves information from previous frames for the operation of a statistical model that dynamically adjusts the restrictions. This allows you to save more useful data from history without increasing the effect of duplication, providing higher detail, especially on thin borders of objects.
- The algorithm for detecting newly opened areas (disocclusion detection) has become much more accurate and no longer gives false positives.
Border processing accuracy
For boundary and dilated pixels, more accurate motion vectors are now used, extrapolated directly from object data. This should make the borders of the objects smoother and clearer.
Edge dilation can now be disabled if there is no foreground data in the history; this significantly reduces the appearance of bands (banding) on the moving boundaries of the foreground and helps to avoid false alarms when newly opened areas are detected.
Kaiser's new resampling method
The Lanczos3 and Catmull-Rom resampling algorithms have been replaced with the Kaiser filter with 9 and 21 samples (tap). This method saves significantly more information when interpolating history data between pixels. The image should become much clearer, and in high—quality modes it should also be processed faster.
Automatic sharpness correction
The sharpening filter now allows you to apply a correction that accurately matches the difference in sharpness between the original image and the anti-aliasing image, which ensures full compliance with the original clarity of the game. |
