MOD OPENABLE WINDOWS FOR BEAMNG.DRIVE

For each window, set a part in the vehicle configuration menu. After you equip the parts, you can use the controls. Press buttons to fully open / close. Hold the keys to open / close the desired location. If the controls are not showing then you need to install Openable Controls and then unpack it.
