MOD Bastion 8 and 10 speed DCT 1.1 for BEAMNG.DRIVE

This mod adds 2 DCT transmissions
. One of them is 8-speed, it's almost the same as the standard 8-speed, but DCT.
The other transmission is a 10-speed DCT. This transmission has faster acceleration because the gears are located closer, at the same time it can achieve extremely low RPM at high speeds.
