The roads are all wet because of the snow that has been cleared and sprinkled with salt, so they are quite slippery and can lead to snowdrifts along their edges if not careful.
The physics of snowdrifts and off-road tracks is experimental, and I'm interested in your opinion about them.
Some areas are quite soft and allow you to get stuck, while others are covered with hard ice that can knock you off your feet.
