Redesign of the standard Johnson Valley map. A lot of edits have been made, roads and objects have been added, etc.

In version 1.9:
- Several roads have been changed;
- Some objects have been moved;
- The "ojos negros" jump has been added to the Bach track;
- The baja course has been slightly changed, a couple of roads have been added to it.
