This DLS adds the VAZ 2111 blue color

Installation Instructions:

Download the file.
2. Go to the mods folder and replace spawn.txt from winrar.
3. Go to the mods folder and go to Vehicles, then to Lada 2110 and move the Vaz 2111 blue files from winrar to the Lada 2110 folder.
