Dynamic weather system in Teardown (multiplayer).

- Day/night cycles;
- Fog, rain, thunderstorm.

In survival mode, weather effects cause damage to the player, so when it rains, you need to take cover (under canopies, in buildings, in vehicles, and so on).
What's new:
- Fixed bugs;
- Added new settings;
- Visual improvements.
