GAZ-53. It was produced in various versions from 1961 to 1993 and was widely used in the former Soviet Union. More than four million units of this truck were produced.[1] The GAZ-52 is a very similar but slightly lighter model with the same cabin as the GAZ-53. The KAvZ-685 bus is technically based on the GAZ-53.
