The Phiber Dash system is one of the most effective ways to mix chemicals and refuel a sprayer. Dash automates the mixing and cleaning of chemicals, reducing the chance of human error, reducing the time it takes to refuel the sprayer, and increasing the overall productivity of the sprayer. Dash has two pumps: a high-performance water pump with a 13 hp engine, rated at 430 gallons per minute, and an air-diaphragm pump capable of delivering 40 gallons per minute, used for automatic rinsing and mixing of dry products. Separate inductors allow operators to load multiple products before loading a new sprayer, while maintaining chemical separation. After loading the chemicals into the appropriate inductors and attaching the sprayer, the filling and flushing process can be controlled from a single central location at ground level next to the trailer. The chemicals can be fed into the sprayer individually by activating the control knob corresponding to their respective inductor. When the control knob is activated, two valves open. One valve at the bottom of the inductor opens, discharging chemicals under suction into the main water stream. The second valve opens to activate the flushing head of the inductor, simultaneously flushing and discharging the inductor. Each inductor can be discharged in about 15 seconds; including a flushing cycle that ensures a complete supply of chemicals and eliminates the accumulation of chemical residues. The virtual version of Dash takes some of the unique features of real hardware and brings them into the game. Dash 4.4 and Dash 1.4 are capable of mixing an unmixed herbicide and water or a liquid fertilizer from a water-soluble fertilizer and water.
