PlanET Modular BGA v1.0.0.2 (1.20.x)

Do you want to use PlanET BGA from the game, but can't find a suitable location for it?
Then just assemble it the way you prefer. Whether it's a small farm or a large industrial BGA installation, with the modular PlanET BGA, you can customize your installation according to your needs.
The only limitation is your imagination regarding how efficiently the installation produces electricity, methane, and digestate from all types of biomass.

Our new closed system ensures that the installation is not affected by other production activities. This also leads to a variety of control options.

On the one hand, there is the hopper (filling with biomass), and on the other hand, there is the fermenter (processing the biomass). Both modules are always necessary.
With these two components, a fully functional installation can already be operational.
The production menu provides complete control over how the installation should operate. In any case, the hopper should always be set to unload to transfer the filled biomass to the fermenter.

This is the heart of every modular biogas installation. Fermenter.
Here you can now control how you want to convert and what to transfer. The fermenter always produces raw methane, which is intended for further distribution.
In addition, you can configure the production to produce fermentation residues directly for the central fermentation residue storage or for the secondary fermenter.
With the central fermentation residue storage, you can fill not only the liquid fermenter but also the methane tank.

The liquid fermenter is designed specifically for large volumes of slurry. It also extracts more money from the sludge and operates independently without an upstream fermenter.
The secondary fermenter converts the added substrate into more money, but requires a higher-level fermenter.

The resulting crude methane can already be sold in separate modules. However, since it still contains impurities, the profit will not be as high.
All the obtained fermentation residues can be collected in the central storage of fermentation residues. This is where you decide whether to recycle them further or use them to fertilize fields.

Now that you've maximized the use of your biomass, you can sell it. Small and medium-sized generators burn raw methane with an efficiency of 80% and generate electricity from it.

The large generator (Stateron) and the methane sale module purify raw methane with an efficiency of 60% and convert it into methane.

For those who use industries that also require electricity or methane as an input, there are also methane/electricity storage facilities. Like sockets, they convert raw methane into electricity (80%) or methane (60%).

It is then transferred to production facilities via distribution.

But refueling/charging is also possible there.

 Information:
It is highly recommended to use the "Free Building" mode for placement. (Standard B key)
Last but not least, the production limit of 60 total productions should be observed. If you need more, the More Productions Possible mod by modelleicher is available on Modhub.

Tip: Before using an existing saved game with this feature, you should first test and try it out on a new saved game. Otherwise, the volume may be a bit, well, a lot ;).
