The villa is fully functional and designed in a mountain style; I believe its style is suitable for any map. The furniture, front door, light switches, sockets and interior lighting were designed and created by me. (If you want to use them in mods, please ask my permission – don't pass them off as your own, be polite and reasonable – ask.)

- a living room with a working fireplace and a curved staircase to the second floor,
- the kitchen,
- bathroom with laundry room on the ground floor,
- an outdoor terrace with active lighting,
- a bedroom on the second floor with a sleep trigger and a dressing room (the bedroom has a balcony with activated lighting),
- a bathroom on the second floor,
- Animated light switches.
