Replaces the built-in F1 help menu with a more intelligent, constantly visible overlay that displays each active input action and its binding to the keys, rather than just the few that the game chooses to highlight.

The list is updated as the context changes: on foot, in a vehicle, near interactive objects, or using additional devices. New actions get a barely noticeable green stripe and are moved to the top of the list so that you notice them immediately.

Features:
- Displays all active actions on all connected input devices
- Real key bindings with correct formatting (keyboard, mouse, joystick, gamepad)
- Highlighting of new actions: smooth appearance with a green stripe, automatic sorting at the top
- Long bindings are automatically moved to the second line, so nothing is hidden behind the ellipsis.
- Filter by category (Camera, Vehicle, Driving, Lighting, etc.) to narrow down the list
- Hiding individual lines that you have memorized. Open the filter mode and click the hidden row to return it.
- In the filter mode, the game space behind the panel is smoothly blurred for clearer focus.
- Switch the device filter to see bindings for a specific controller.
- Pagination for long action lists.
- Settings (filters, hidden lines, display status) are saved between sessions.

Control (everything can be reassigned in the Control menu):
F1: Toggle display (overlay only / F1 only / both hidden)
F4: Open or close the filter (click categories to filter the list, click rows to hide them)
F6: Previous page
F7: Next page
F10: Switching the device filter
