Welcome to Owendale, Michigan. In 1882, when three new railroad tracks began to be laid in Huron County, two cousins from Saginaw, Michigan, John G. and John S. Owen, bought land in the Columbia Swamp. The following year, they opened a sawmill to harvest local oak. In 1887, John G. Owen hired civil engineer Quincy Thomas to survey the city site. The streets, alleys, and parks were turned over to the public for permanent use, and the village was named Owendale. The sawmill burned down in 1896, and the Owendale area transitioned from logging to agriculture.

Alfalfa crops were added and introduced along with the animals. They have 32 fields, from small to medium to large, and they don't have much forest land. But there is a sawmill if you want to cut wood. There are 7 production facilities in the city, as well as a grain dryer on the main farm. You can also buy lime and fertilizers from a Pioneer dealer. During the rain, the drainage ditches are filled with water. The Percesion farm is also implemented on the map by default. The district is located in Saginaw, Michigan. Therefore, they are more engaged in agriculture than logging. White-tailed deer and wild turkeys are also found here in autumn.

In version 2.0.0.1:
- All land plots available for purchase have been updated so that new accommodation facilities from the new DLC work next to the forest.
- A pothole near one of the ditches has also been fixed.
- For the map to work correctly, start a new game.
- A new field has been added.
