Welcome to Forest Hills! This fictional region is located somewhere in the southeastern United States and features a picturesque landscape with a lake surrounded by vast evergreen forests set among large hills. The lively village of Forest Hills is located in the central part of the region. To the south of the city there is a large industrial area with many different production sites. The western part of the region is full of lush farmlands and large forests. In the eastern part there is a large timber processing area, as well as a large swamp stretching along the western bank of the river. Two trains cross the area, delivering goods to several production sites in the area, as well as serving the neighboring city.

Other players can board the boat, but its location is inaccurate, and no matter how hard you try, it won't move if you're not the host. They work perfectly in single player.)

After buying a high school, the football field can be mowed. It is strongly recommended to roll the field after mowing to ensure better visibility of the markings on the field.
The Sleep and Wardrobe triggers can be purchased and placed anywhere on the map that belongs to you.

- Fixed the signs of the school crossing near the school.
- Textures no longer hover near the soup factory.
- The small flower pot on plot 48 has been moved to the table behind the house and can now be sold along with the house.
- Various objects on the map are now subject to gravity.
- Fixed a collision on the sign of the grain mill at the access road.
- The road is no longer present under a small bridge near the city.
- Adjusted the trigger of the animals for the chicken coop on the starter farm.
- All fences around the starting farm can now be removed without buying Plot 4.
- Tire tracks on the main farm are now removed when the barn is sold.
- Several bushes have been removed from the road.
- The park maintenance workers have reconfigured the berth section in the marina.
- The help file has been updated and now includes the TMR recipe.
- Straw is now produced during the corn harvest.
- Alfalfa and clover can now be mowed at all stages of growth (see the help file for information).
- Field grass can now be mowed at almost all stages of growth. any stage of growth (see the help file for information)
- Mulching alfalfa, clover, and field grass will result in a higher growth stage. You will still need to apply fertilizers once to get the maximum yield.
- A new force field has been installed at the waterfall to prevent players from falling through the rocks.
- New placeable decorations (pier and deck) are available in the construction menu. Each one costs 500 dollars.
- The boundaries of the agricultural land around the lake are extended towards the lake, which allows you to place a pier and any decorations that you want to add to it.
- The sale of a barn near the football field will now remove the lights next to it and all the parking stickers.
- It is now allowed to mow the entire football field.
- Now you can collect grass after mowing the football field.
- To place the pier in the same location as the one that was removed along with the house, the new save will remove the generated collision with the old pier. This can be undone without creating a new save using free mode, however, the slab will not be leveled and the land under the boathouse will not be dug up.
