East Vineland, NJ USA v1.0.2.0 (1.20.x)
0 46 16

This is the same popular map of the United States, East Vineland, New Jersey, adapted for FS25.

- The map is based on the terrain of my hometown, and the map area is based on real satellite images.
- Vineland is located in the southern part of New Jersey and is a very rural farming town. Most of the town's territory is occupied by agricultural land and forests.
- Fields, trees, and houses are as close to real as possible, but of course, I've added production facilities and in-game selling points that aren't actually there to enhance the gameplay.
- The growth map has been modified to reflect the region's weather.
- Most of the available production sites have been added to the map.
- The production sites have been edited to accommodate more pallets in the spawners and have a larger capacity.
- There are 120 different fields in the game, each with its own set of tasks, ranging from the smallest field of 0.583 acres (0.236 hectares) to the largest field of 20.35 acres (8.236 hectares).
- Land prices are based on the average cost of land in the area.
- All land plots can be purchased individually. Land with houses on it is more expensive than unbuilt land, just as it would be in real life.
- The solar power plant can be purchased and will generate you $3,000 per hour in revenue.
- The solar power plant can be sold to clear land for farming if you wish.
- The main farm has a multi-purpose fruit storage silo with a capacity of 1,000,000 liters.
- The main farm also has a player-owned workshop (only in the new farmer mode).
- Added the ability to grind logs into wood chips at the sawmill as an additional production.
- Includes facilities for keeping cows, sheep, pigs, and chickens, which must be purchased for use.
- Farm capacity: 250 cows or buffaloes, 350 pigs, 500 sheep or goats, and 500 chickens.
- The main farm has a storage facility for manure and digestate.
- Cornmeal and crushed corn have been added as additional products that can be produced in a corn mill.
- Cornmeal can be sold in a pizzeria, farmer's market, diner, and supermarket.
- Crushed corn can be purchased from a chicken feed store or produced in a corn mill.
- Crushed corn can also be sold in farmer's markets.
- Sunflower, oats, grains, and crushed corn have been added to the chicken feed.
- Chickens require wheat, barley, sorghum, oats, or crushed corn, which make up 25% of their feed requirements, sunflower 25%, and cereals 65% (total productivity 115%).
- Added straw bales for rapeseed and soybeans.
- All bushes can be mowed. After mowing, new meadow grass is "planted" in their place.
- Specially designed license plates for this area.
- Added a lime production point in the stone crusher.
- The map is ready for precision farming.
- Lime, seeds, solid fertilizers, and mineral feed can be purchased in the silo at the main farm and in the farm stores.
- If necessary, slurry can be purchased in the farm stores.
- If you do not have pigs or do not plan to raise them, there is a point for selling pig feed, which is a byproduct of production.
- Pig feed is added as a by-product to some types of products.
- Alfalfa and clover are added as additional types of crops.
- Alfalfa hay, clover hay, and soy straw can be sold in farm stores.
- Compost is an additional type of filler for production and can be spread by manure spreaders to fertilize your fields.
- There is a deployable silo for "fermenting" various surplus crops into compost.
- Excess grain crops can be sold in farmer's stores.
- Soybeans produce soy straw after harvest.
- Alfalfa, alfalfa hay, clover, and clover hay are added to the feed for sheep and cows.
- Soy straw and straw as bedding are added to the feed mix for cows.
- Meadow grass can be planted as an additional crop.
- A new type of grass, Meadow Grass Flowers, has been added, which can be planted, mowed, and bailed.
- All houses on the map can be sold to make room for larger fields.
- The lampposts on the main farm and the farmhouse can be sold.
- Buying production points also purchases the land on which they are located. There is no need to purchase them separately.
- Production points can be sold.
- Many land textures have been added for painting in the game during landscaping.
- Added more foliage textures for painting in the game during landscape design.

 In version 1.0.2.0:
- Fixed pallet collision errors that prevented pallets from being picked up by a forklift.
- Adjusted the ratio of crushed corn mixture for cow feed mixers.
- Fixed an error that prevented the creation of standard bales.
- Fixed an error that prevented fields from producing stones.
- Fixed an issue where the state of weed growth was not saved correctly.
- Fixed a crash that occurred when players were in or near clover and alfalfa fields.
