Welcome to the Carpathian countryside. A fictional map inspired by a modern real-life agricultural company and its surroundings in western Slovakia.

Map Features:

3 ready-made farms. To use them or interact with them, you need to purchase the land they are built on.
All 3 ready-made farms are fully editable: you can sell individual buildings or parts of fences, as well as expand farms. You can sell everything and build your own farm on the same place. Most of the buildings and facilities used on ready-made farms also have their own options that can be placed on the map.

The main farm (the starting farm).

The largest farm on the map, consisting of: 2 cowsheds, 1 pigsty, 1 stable, 2 paddocks for calves / heifers, a farmhouse, a large grain storage facility with animal feed production, an auto repair shop, 2 covered silos (6 bunkers in total), many shelters for machinery or any packaged or loose goods, warehouses for bales and pallets, a large manure storage, liquid manure tanks, a water tower, and more.

Pig farm.
Everything about pigs: 2 pigsties, a granary, a silo bunker, an auto repair shop, a shelter for machinery, a manure storage, a bale storage, a pallet storage, a bulk storage, a water tower and liquid manure tanks.

A sheep farm.
It includes: 1 sheepfold, 1 chicken coop, a granary, an auto repair shop, a manure storage, a shelter for machinery, a bale storage and a pallet storage.

70 fields + 6 meadow fields. In particular, large fields of various shapes, as well as fields of medium and small size.
Some fields have electric poles, and their collisions can be turned on/off at any time. To do this, visit the town hall next to the main farm.

A large forest area.
There are 14 forest plots available for purchase, of various sizes, conditions and corresponding prices.

Contracts.
All types of contracts are included — all types of field assignments, cutting down of dry trees, transportation of wood and removal of stones.

Collectible items.
100 wooden toys divided into 10 sets, with 10 collectibles in each set.
The reward for collecting is 1000.
The reward for collecting the entire set is 100,000, and the toy will be displayed on a shelf in your office building room.

The railway system.
A rented train with railway silos and a point of sale.

8 shopping stations.

Transportation company, cattle market, supermarket, farmer's market, small farmer, container dealer, building materials dealer, stone crusher.
Everyone is interested in different types and quantities of goods.
When the desired quantity of goods is reached, the price will start to decrease for some time.

7 points of purchase.
Large and small gas stations with electricity payments and methane refueling.
Filling with lime.
Agricultural goods — the opportunity to buy agricultural supplies (for example, seeds, fertilizers) directly into the trailer.
The cattle market is an opportunity to buy manure, liquid manure and animal feed.
Transport company — the opportunity to buy any goods on pallets.
Building Materials Dealer — an opportunity to buy building materials on pallets.

11 production sites embedded in the map.
Bakery, grain mill, dairy, sugar factory, sawmill, carpentry workshop, spinning workshop, sewing workshop, food processing plant, canned food factory, biogas plant.

The production sites have their own loaders that everyone can use.
The sugar factory offers its own loader for sugar beet, which can be used by everyone.
There are several small and inexpensive plots of land on the map, ideal for building additional production facilities.

All trading and purchasing stations, as well as production facilities, have different opening hours.
The gate opens and closes automatically at a certain time. (All of them are closed by default when you first start the game, wait an hour in the game for them to return to their normal cycle).
If you need to do something urgently, even after closing, you can open the gate manually.

2 small family businesses.
Piano Factory — produces high-quality and expensive pianos.
Wood workshop — produces playgrounds in the form of tractors and various other handmade wood products.
You can help them by selling them the necessary materials and overseeing the process of creating their artworks, or you can buy them and run the business yourself, making a good profit.

Construction projects.
Currently, 3 houses are being built, one in each village on the map.

They need your help, and you can help them by selling the necessary building materials.
In addition, you can contribute to the development of the area by placing and building houses for rent, and making a good profit from the rent.
