The Teagle Tomahawk C12 Calibrator bale processor is a high—performance mill for processing dry materials such as straw (bales or shredded straw), grains:
wheat, barley, oats, soybeans or corn and miscanthus into permanently short lengths for feeding, bedding and biofuels.
Product Update C120 2024:
- Easier loading: The tub shape has been updated to make loading easier.
- Safe transportation on the highway: The folding sides were designed in a bathtub for safe and demanding highway use.
- Wider range of materials: The gap from the sieve to the mill chamber has been doubled to improve the yield and ensure the processing of materials with a higher moisture content.
- Conveyor with increased productivity: there are now two drives, one for unloading from the rotor chamber and the other for delivering the processed material (see image). The feeding conveyor is wider and longer.
- Smoother power loading: Software updates ensure that peak tractor power loads are minimized while the power output remains high.
Easier to maintain: the automatic lubrication system ensures regular lubrication of the bearings of the main transmission.
More durability: with a new sintered tungsten carbide hammer design.
