For people who cannot make some modes move faster than 60-80 km / h, use this tool.
Fix setting:
RUS
Can not accelerate more than 60-90km / h? This utility will fix it.
1. Select the CCD folder (for example, C: \ Games \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ City Car Driving)
2. Select the car
3. Press "fix"
PS Before the fix, the game must be closed!

Tested on win7 x64 (ok), win10 x64 1909 (no images on buttons, but the fix itself should work)
