Is anyone playing a career game at all? If so, I've just brought you the most necessary pack of mods. Well, if you don't play, then this may be a reason to start.

Additionally:
– Career Over Italy - The opportunity to leave to pursue a career on the Italy card.
– Career Overhaul Hirochi Raceway - The opportunity to leave to pursue a career on the "Hirochi Raceway" card.
– RLS Career Overhaul: Utah - The opportunity to leave to pursue a career on the "Utah" card.

All this happiness is compatible with patch 0.38.3 (at least!). To begin with, you can download only the main mod and if it comes in, then download the addons already. You don't need to unpack anything. Just download it and drop it into the mods folder. 

In version 2.6.4.3 Balance Changes (04/01/26):
New difficulty and progress
- Added "Easy" modes/Normal/Challenging / Hardcore" with a clear allocation of money and experience, chosen when creating a career
- Standardized distribution of rewards and experience for all types of activities according to the chosen difficulty
- Rebalanced career skills with new tracks (Logistics, Police, Endurance, and multiple racing disciplines) and stage unlocks
- The celebration of leveling up is combined into a single, more convenient pop-up window
FRE contracts
- The FRE contract system has been introduced with discipline-based contracts, sponsors, and awards
Added the Skills app to view all disciplines with progress from 1 to 50 levels, levels, and unlocks.
- Rebalanced rewards, goals, and race categories in free ride mode; XP by discipline is now displayed in the results.
Logistics and delivery
- A new mobile logistics application for viewing objects, parcels, materials, offers for vehicles/trailers and routes to destinations
- "Available by Level" filters show only the jobs available at your logistics level (the number of jobs and tabs are updated accordingly)
- Significant rebalancing of delivery: clearer XP/money rules, fine-tuning of parking, new trailer catalogs and an expanded list of service providers
- New gas stations and home delivery service providers; warehouses redesigned with better deals and restrictions
Phone and user interface
- Phone settings are now securely saved between sessions and automatically reset.
- Skills, logistics and FRE contracts added to the phone with new routes and invoices
Vehicle management
- Improved protection against incorrect settings when purchasing vehicles; Incorrect entries are quarantined and no longer lead to crashes or blocked viewing.
- The exchange requests now clearly state why the car cannot be exchanged.
Tasks and activities
- Taxi and impound now reserve parking spaces for loading/unloading to avoid conflicts.
Tuning workshop
- Tuning workshop technicians are no longer stuck on invalid or missing assignments.
- The skill tree fills its tab and cannot be moved or scaled outside the interface; movement continues when dragging outside the interface.
