Redesigning the "East Coast" to make the map seem more alive.

- Added more lighting around the shops in the city;
- New gas station behind the police and fire station;
- New police parking lot;
- A new store under construction;
- Access from the back through charging stations for electric vehicles;
- Speed bumps have been adjusted and signs have been added;
- Many other minor changes.

In version 1.2.2:
- Fixed dirt road textures.
- Not all textures have been fixed, only the main ones. Some minor details have been added. Hopefully a new update will be released this month, stay tuned.
